I found the staff to be helpful. The room was super clean and cozy. I liked that the hotel was within walking distance to many attractions.

Parking was a challenge as there were not enough spots. I did not receive a reply when I messaged them about parking. I had to re-park the car far away in freezing weather.

the hotel was calm. i found really good customer service from the front desk employees. the beds were comfortable. the bathroom was clean and spacious.

i had some issues with parking. the hotel lacks parking spots next to the hotel. i messaged them about needing a parking spot and got no reply (this was quite frustrating). i had to re-park the car far away when it was cold outside.

parking difficulty unhelpful staff

the location was convenient, close to main attractions.

The parking situation was not good. I had difficulty finding a spot and experienced unhelpful staff when i needed to repark my car. it created a very stressful start to my stay. this happened despite my attempts to communicate my parking needs in advance.
